Acceptance of Terms

By using Automation ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

What the Service Does

  • You upload media and captions, choose one or more linked accounts (Instagram/TikTok), and set a schedule.
  • Our backend runs a periodic job (cron) to publish due items to your selected accounts using the respective platform APIs.
  • You can adjust the cadence/time windows from the dashboard.

Accounts & Eligibility

  • Provide accurate registration information and maintain the security of your credentials.
  • Certain features require specific account types (e.g., Instagram Business/Creator connected to a Facebook Page).
  • You confirm you have the rights to post the content you upload to the selected accounts.

Linking Multiple Accounts

You may link multiple Instagram or TikTok accounts that you own or are authorized to manage. You are responsible for ensuring you have permission to publish to each linked account.

Permissions & API Use

  • You authorize us to use the platform APIs (Facebook/Instagram Graph, TikTok) on your behalf to fetch required identifiers/tokens and to publish content you schedule.
  • We request only the permissions needed for the features you use and follow each platform’s policies.
  • If a platform revokes access or your permissions expire, publishing may pause until you re-authorize.

Content & Ownership

  • You retain ownership of your uploaded media. You grant us a non-exclusive, revocable license to store, process, and publish that media/captions solely to provide the service you request.
  • You must not upload content that violates laws, infringes rights, or breaches platform rules.

Scheduling & Cron

  • Publishing times are best-effort and may vary due to platform rate limits, outages, or queue backlogs.
  • If a publish attempt fails, we may retry within reasonable limits; otherwise we’ll surface the error in the dashboard.

Fees

If pricing applies, it will be shown separately. You are responsible for any charges according to the plan you select. Refunds (if any) are handled per our refund policy.

Prohibited Use

  • Do not attempt unauthorized access, scraping, or misuse of platform data or permissions.
  • Do not upload unlawful, harmful, or deceptive content, or content you lack rights to post.
  • Do not use the service for spam or to violate platform terms.

Suspension/Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time.
  • We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or platform policies, or to protect the service and its users.

Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or that third-party APIs will remain available. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim indirect or consequential damages.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of your local jurisdiction unless otherwise required. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of the applicable venue or as otherwise agreed by the parties.

Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. The 'Effective date' reflects the current version. Significant changes will be communicated in-app or by email before they take effect.
